On Friday the 1st of April, we will be having our first free dress day of 2022! Our theme is ‘Hero Hunter Day’. For only a gold coin donation, you can come dressed as your favourite hero, to raise money for the Kids Cancer Support Group, a local Childhood Cancer Charity.
This day is named after ‘Hero Hunter” Leigh Madden, who was just 8 years old when he tragically passed away from cancer. Hunter had been battling Leukaemia for 5 years, since he was just 3 years old. He was heroic in his battle AND he loved superheroes.
What a wonderful cause to raise money for with a free dress day to remember Hunter and have an heroic amount of fun at the same time. We want to see as many of our Duncraig students (and teachers) dressed up as their favourite hero on Friday the 1st of April. Be generous and get involved. We can’t wait!
